No to culling and yes to badger vaccination as the way forward

The UK Government would like to issue licenses to farmers so that they can decide whether to shoot the badgers on their land as a control against  bTB.  This is the worst of all solutions as the actions of one farmer will impact upon neighbouring farms.  This is not the 'science led' solution that the government  promised.  Vaccination has been shown to be the only long term solution.  This was agreed by the previous government after a lengthy consultation process and nothing has changed.
