It seems we've come to a "lesser of the 2 evils" situation when voting in a Presidential or any other election nowadays. It never really comes down to who is BETTER or best for the country - it's always this one is less a problem than the other. SO... I advocate placing a "None of the Above" category on the ballot. Instead of not exercising our right to vote at all. I feel if you don't vote - you can't really complain if the candidate who wins isn't your choice or doesn't perform as you would like. This also would show politicians that they really need to listen to their constituents more and less to special interests. Please sign the petition and voice your opinions! THANKS!

I agree. We should not HAVE to choose between bad and worse. We deserve better. Unfortunately, Americans for the most part seem afraid to stand up and speak up. People need to stop being afraid. It is our RIGHT to ask for what we want and it is the government's DUTY to listen to constituents. Poloticians are public servants...they are not our superiors and they should not be treated as such.

FYI if you can't leave at least your first name you're really not signing a petition. I fully support you if you choose not to sign it but I my intent it to place this in the hands of politicians. If you don't leave a name its invalid as a signature and will be removed. If you only leave a comment debating the petition it will be removed. I strongly believe in this movement and intend to see if I can do anything about it. It's not just about expressing my opinion or standing on a soapbox and ranting. If we not participate we cannot bring about a change and I do not feel that we should elect someone because we have no other choice. THANKS !

If you want genuine change do not vote for Obama and McCain, as it promises to be more of the same. Neither candidate supports impeachment of Bush & Cheney, withdrawing all troops and corporate contractors out of Iraq and Afghanistan in six months, Single Payer-Medicare for All, repealing the Patriot Act, and reversing Middle East policy- to name just a few critical issues. Ralph Nader supports all the aforementioned, and more. Check out www.votenader.org, and also, www.votepact.org We need to support real change. Support Nader.
