Since the courts are systematically abusive, corrupt and discriminatory, we need a massive change right now. Canadian parents and families are at risk everyday of being abused by this draconian system. We must have the right to sue.
Canadians most basic human rights, constitutional rights and parental rights are being violated by the oppressive, abusive Canadian government.
All Canadians are affected by the abuse of civil rights in Canada.
We must have the right to sue our country for the violation of our rights and freedoms. Currently, Canada does not allow the right to sue.
Every one and his dog can sue others for minor infractions for their own issues but when it comes to the violations of the nation's family rights and freedoms, Charter Rights, United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights we can't sue.
There are no lawyers in Canada who practice civil rights for individuals.
There are no courts that will even consider a Charter case. They dismiss it immediately. There are no politicians or Departments in the Canadian government that will uphold the GUARANTEED Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. Notice it says Guaranteed. How? By whom?

is the biggest fraud perpetuated against Canadians because it is unenforceable.
We want equal parental rights NOW.
We want the right to sue, Now!
We want equal and effective treatment under the Canadian Criminal Code, NOW!
We want an end to gender discrimination NOW!
We want our children back, now! Get judges our of our family's lives, NOW!
The single largest socially destructive entities in Canada are the courts. They destroy families, men, women and children. These judges destroy families forever. They are biased, prejudiced, abusive and incompetent. Canada’s Family Law is sick, biased and barbaric.
Both parents must be treated equally. Both parents have equal rights and benefits to their children.

We demand to have our Charter Rights, Parental Rights and Human Rights implemented immediately. We demand legal counsel for Charter violations and the right to sue and be heard. Presently all judges dismiss all court applications for Charter Rights. This is blatantly unconstititutional.
