This petitions goal is to advocate for educational success for our children in the Moreno Valley School District.  Through repeated failures in the classroom and the developemnt of destructive habits, some of our children have suffered repeated suspensions and loss of faith in the possibilities of educational success in the future.  We as parents and guardians must make a stand in our schools and provide a support system with constructive and comprehensive resources for our youth to avoid the "pitfalls" that can derail their lives.  We can empower students and teachers to make positive changes by creating a learning environment to improve the youths confidence and hopefulness.

We the undersigned, believe in the importance of recognizing students as individuals.  We believe that "one size fit all" fails to account for different learning styles and can quickly exstinguish a love for school.  We are asking for the district to use every available resource in our community to help make positive change in our schools.  As advocates for children, our mission is to inspire pro-social interpersonal skills and instill a sense of hope in the future.  We can establish a strong network of support with the school systems by providing suggestions and unity.  Remember, "It Takes A Village to Raise a Child."  Please join us and participate in the effort to increase awarness.
