While the intent of the changes were good, the product has suffered and caused a lot of pain for it's users and commissioners. Overall the product has become slower in loading pages, scoring systems were totally revamped and in some cases totally jacked up, live scoring has been incorrect, some commissioners had to totally re-enter thier scoring rules, and Waivers and Claims are working inconsistently. In addition, all new "features" were never communicated to league commissioners or users via any kind of release notes or tutorials.

As a League Commissioner and User of Fanball for 9 years, I feel thier product has been declining over the past 2 years and this year has certainly been subpar, caused many headaches, and consumed much extra time by the commissioners that run leagues. The product is supposed to make a commissioner's life easier, not harder. So considering all these facts, I am asking that you sign this petition to Fanball for a full or at least half refund of the fees paid for using Fanball League Commissioner. Maybe Fanball will get the message that if they value our business they will provide some form of compensation for us to stay with them next season and will deliver a better product next year!

No mobile access, slow scoring updates, over priced when free sites out Perform their site.

Your site does not measure up to other competitor fantasy sport sites. fanball charges a premium for leagues not mobile friendly while free fantasy sites do. Step your game up fanball or you will be riding the pine watching espn become the preferred fantasy league host. Mans game!

Every year there are small glitches that we have become used to, no big deal....this year, it has been terrible from start to finish. The website is "new" but is extremely slow and quirky. My biggest beef is the Live scoring problems, and especially the fact that the schedule creator would only make a "random" schedule for my league. This had me playing one team 4 times, and another team in my division 0 times... makes absolutly no sense. I am fed up with this site, and when I asked for a refund, I was told only if my league canceled, after 7 games, and 5 whole seasons before that, I felt disrespected, and they still could not fix my problems with the schedule....they also could not find my original customer service complaints, from 3 days earlier. YADA YADA YADA!

Not customer friendly, phone number has been changed, would have been nice to speak to a person. Maybe you could have explained things better. Been a customer for over 5 years, but cannot continue.

Rosters reset halfway through this season and caused me a nightmare in fixing everything. Constant live scoring issues, as well as completely jacking up my scoring system for no reason.

Fanball started out good five years ago when we first used it, but now it is a bag of ass.

Live Scoring, Server Delays, No Claims, Pop Up and commercial ads all over. New design of leage homepages is awkward. My fingers are getting tired I can't list all the things that are wrong.

My league has been with Fanball for multiple seasons, 5 at least. It is hard to believe that a site could go backwards so fast. From the scoring issues to the claims issues the redesign of the homepages, all the commercial product pop ups etc. The loss of a good thing is such a shame. I doubt you could do enough at this point to keep our business... buy please try.

so many....where to start.... can't put a claim bid on a player from his profile page; can't click on other players from player profile page; can't see fantasy points of other players at same position at player profile page; can't see remaining schedule on player profile page; live scoring is tremendously delayed; can't add pictures to owner stories; flex position is screwed up and causes "empty" slots in lineup; that's a good starter list...

you've done the exact wrong thing here by abandoning function to drive profitability. every site needs to make money, but if you attempt to do so at the expense of satisfying customers, you lose the customer base that draws advertisers and is the potential target base for other offerings. in this case, you've actually enraged your customers. some of the changes--including ones to things that worked very well before--are so bad that it's almost as though you are intentionally making them worse. your only option is to refund money in an attempt to retain customers, retool the site and test it the right way going forward.

I have to agree with the previous letters. I am very disapointed with this years product. It is slow, incorrect and certainly lessens the joy of fantasy football. As a product/service, your fall from grace has been sharp and steep!

I now have to watch every team each week to make sure Fanball has not shuffled some. When I try to make trades for the league I get ad banners across the area where I need to access the teams. The live scoring is a mess. Our league is ready for a Fanball mutany. We surely will be looking somewhere else after this. We have been with Fanball for 7 years. If's it's not broken don't fix it. Change it back to the way it was now.

My live scoring still say preseason as well. I also have 2 leagues added to my teams tag 2 TBD leagues that I never joined are there. WTF we have been using fanball for 7 years for baseball as well as football. when fanball bought tq stats thats when things went downhill. i cannot even send an email to fanball b/c i cannot read the privacy letters they do not appear. refunds for all of us who have these issues

i just have a problem with the whole site in general. the pop ups, ads, live scoring being incorrect, nothing shows up on my players when i need to check if there injured or not playing. just overall the site sucks now and i think they will realize next year when half of there members leave fanball.

I cant state it better that the complaint letter above. It is all correct and all irritating.

Whatever you have chosen to do with you product is costing you lots of owners and money. The product is a joke and doesnt even match up to the free sites. They work when needed. When needed yours doesnt work

in addition to the above statements, which are entirely true, another problem we had in our "keeper" league was with the IR. Couldn't control owners from picking up players when the rules implemented through the site didn't work. What a cluster duck.

Everything said in the overview above is correct. And then some!! I have been a commissioner for a very long time and participated in other leagues that run on a different site, but I had always defended Fanball. NO MORE!

It is a shame that fanball would charge for basic information. Every other site I've used provides the same for free. We pay for the Commissioner service and get nothing for it. If it were my choice, We would leave Fanball tomorrow.

While the first couple complaints are pretty minor the last ones make this wesite unusable... 1. The webiste's UI is very hard to navigate ( pretty minor issue ) 2. Used to be able to see your opponents matchups while setting your line up 3. Could get Free Agency lists to work at all until Week 1, many owners angered because they couldn't pick up/drop players before the season...yes I verified that the Free Agency settings were set up for "always on" 4. Player rankings were not visible until week 4 5. Live Scoring is rarely correct...and when it is correct it is at least 10-15 minutes outdated 6. As of today all plays are ranked 0 at their position and 0 overall THE BIGGIES: 7. After completion of week 3 all stats from weeks 1 & 2 vanished, all players had 0 and all games were 0-0 ties. I had to manually enter all scoring and recalculate stats several times before I could get stats to show up again. 8. I have sent 3 emails about some of the above issues through Fanball's "help" system, and have yet to get a response. 9. There is no contact phone number to call and talk to somebody, i did find some long distance phone numbers of the companies that own Fanball, but I'm not really sure what good that does.

I have now had to write an Excel spreedsheat to track all of our scoring as I can no longer trust Fanball to do it correctly. I must also use this spreedsheet when setting lineups as I like to see rankings based on our leagues scoring system, not what some other webiste like CBS/Yahoo/ESPN thinks is the best ranking. If I need to maintain my league manually in Excel, then what did I pay fanball for?

The site is littered with ads that tell me I am the 100,000 customer everytime I log in. How can I be the 100,000 customer everytime I log in? Fanball has gone from a great website to probably the worst fantasy football site on the market. When you set your lineup and hit the submit button it goes to an adsite. Then you have to hit the back button refresh your set lineup screen to make sure your lineup was updated correclty. There is so much on the site that has gone right down the shi**er.

I hate you fanball. Where is fanball mobile. You are LIARS!!!!!!

Have been a loyal Commissioner use for 5 years. The last two seasons have seen changes that have impacted the quality and function of the site. While I feel, like they are trying to resolve issues, it appears the focus of the site is now for banner ads and profiting from advertisers rather than delivering a quality product to its customers.

I am very disappointed with the direction Fanball has gone, and I certainly hope they use the NFL offseason to re-evaluate what Commissioner needs to provide to its customers.

We've had issues with standings, scoring, loss of past functionality, private messaging, team alerts for trades and private messages, live scoring, claim order, player pages not loading, etc.

I'm extremely disappointed in the product, the level of communication from Fanball and the poor customer service that I have received regarding my support tickets.

The changes in Fanball have not been found to be upgrades. The drill downs and links to pages feel like interface from the 1990's. The response to issues from the draft through to Week 5 re: scoring and rosters has been frustrating. As a commissioner, I am not able to use any of my transaction functions on my pc. This appears to be a unique issue, but one that was not a problem in 2008. No one can advise a solution or offer an alternative, and for that I am asking for a refund.

Live scoring issues... no mobile apps available... can't check scoring on my blackberry... drafting slow, scoring updates slow and inaccurate.

This product is garbage... I have boycotted all NBC programming because of its affiliation with fanball.

I've used your site for 8+ years and this is by far the worst year ever for your site. You will never see me back at your site ever again. I am now deleting you from my bookmarks on all my computers. Good luck with the rest of your site......You're going to need it, with everyone I know dropping you next year. I will also be telling anyone and everyone I know to NOT use your .com site for anything. Not even up to date news. I am 100% serious when I say this.....Your site is the worst fantasy site on the planet right now!!!!

Dear Fanball, our league has used Fanball for the 8 season I have been commish. We have made the decision as a league to never come near your service again. There are MANY free options out there which crush yours in terms of features available and headaches minimized.

Fanball commish is terrible. Enjoy the slow death of your business/service, refund my league's fee, and go fahck yourself in the facial region of your head.

Dear Fanball, I've used your Commissioner product to manage my 12 team league for ~10 years. This year it has been unbearable to use. Incorrect scoring (this is through week 4 ! ) Totally changed the scoring rules from previous year which caused be to re-enter all the rules. The page where the scoring rules are entered was designed by someone from an Eastern Bloc country where ease of use is not a consideration.

This product is a complete joke. I am demanding a refunded, over and over,and this joke of a company won't respond to me. It will be my next years mission for me and the other 11 guys in our league to dissuade as many people as we can from this scam.

Our league schedule had guys playing each other 3 times and had to be redone changing the outcome of week one match ups. I can hardly ever log-in to live scoring when I want to. It's not like this is our first year this is year 5 but were done no more fanball.

We have had many issues with fanball. We run two leagues out of the site. it seems like all the upgrades they did for this year are not working as well as they did last year. Could be that NBCbought them and have sold out.

I have had problem after problem after problem this year. It takes the fun out of it especially for comissioners! I can't believe they are not offering money back, this web site is a joke. Thank you fanball for killing fantasy football for everyone for 2009.
