I've had a Palm for years. I was so excited to see the announcement of the Pre. But my brother just switched from Sprint because he had so much trouble with it - he could never complete a conversation, with us or with his customers. In my location, Sprint just doesn't work, and I won't upgrade to a Pre as long as I have to have Sprint.

I have had Palms from the beginning. At least 4 generations. I switched from the T3 last year to the BlacbBerry Storm. I don't like it & miss the Palm. I will switch to & buy the Palm Pre ASAP. I have been waiting ever since I heard of the Pre but did not switch to Sprint BECAUSE it was coming to Verizon. If it does not< I will switch.

The only reason I planned to switch to Verizon in January was to get this phone, if they decide not to carry it I will stay with AT&T and get the I-phone. I have been a Palm user for years and would love to continue to be one.

I have been with Verizon(Airtouch-US WEST) since 1988...Brick phone era....always great customer service. I have also used palm devises for 15 years..lll,lllx,V,Vx,Treo 600,650 and 700 and of course mixed the two entities with the Treo. I love the Palm OS over the others. I am the perfect Palm Pre user. Why not get it? I have heard others complain about other devices systems and carriers networks after they enjoyed the palm devces for years, albeit they did'nt stick with Verizon.

After using my daughters Palm Pre on Sprint, I have been waiting for it to come to Verizon. I presently have a Palm Pro with no service contract. If Verison does not get the Pre soon, I will start looking around. I really like the network, but I also like the Pre.
