Parents Demanding Changes to CPS Policies,Ethics,Etc.
Parents who have been done wrong by the Children Protective Services; who also have/had their rights violated, laws violated, children stolen, lied upon,alleged against, falsely accused, set up, intimidated, interfered with, torn apart, for no true legal reason or right to do so.
For those who have been told by countless others that no one is over or handles the agencies as if they were a vigilante group without having to stand accountable for their actions and injustice done to so many others without truth, care, or compassion.
To take back our God given right to be parents and to raise our children without malicious threats or actions.
We the people demand that changes be made to the system to find truth
to be innocent until proven guilty by concrete evidence instead of spoken lies, entrapments, and malicious opinions and intentions.
We the undersigned demand changes and laws enacted to restrain, limit, prohibit, etc. the unethical practices and functions of the Child Protective Services agencies here and throughout; To establish not only a head state agency for the direct oversight of the Children Protective Services personnel,directors, administration, agents, and staff in the local county levels; To have a system of accountability and responsibility for unethical, immoral, etc actions and for appropriate "zero tolerance" consequences for violating such as done with any other government agency at their respected levels; For the government to realize and forbid cruel and unusual punishment as with removing one's children without fairness at all levels the equivalent or same as the death penalty; To have a higher court review board or commission,etc. to review, oversee trial, and to assist in enforcing the rights for all parties to be fair to all.
