Parents Who Abuse Their Children

I am writing this for the children of America, and here where I reside in Georgia..Too much abuse is going on with Parents who are whipping their children, because there are no Laws here in Georgia to protect children from being beat! Parents are getting away doing it, and it is wrong to punish a child with physical brut strength, like what is a child to do, for instance if he gets out of line in school, or at home, and he or she gets whipped for it, but not a little pat on the butt, but gets the tar beat out of him by his or her adult parent's? Who will protect them? who will speak out for them, for their hurt, shame, and humiliation they suffer at the hand's of those who are suppose to care for the? The Police can do nothing about it, it is perfectly legal here, and some parents are getting away with it, not only that but DFACS let parents get away with things like this, because they feel sorry for the parents, thinking they will have parents crying to them that they don't want to loose their children, but it's ok to beat them.. People this is wrong, look at a child that is abused, you can usually tell by the sadness in their eyes, or the one's who are so neglected, because mommy and daddy are on drug's, the kid's running wild, expressing out their hurt in school, and the school only say's "Your child needs to be diciplined, so out comes the belt for more beating's and briuses and hurt children..Please help me to make a difference, to be a voice for abused children, we need laws here in georgia to make things happen, thank you for your support in signing this petition.
