None of the penalties for fighting,abuse, and cruelty/neglect are strong enough. Why don't these creatures have any rights? They are victims just like any human being would be if in the same situation.Dogs don't have a choice as to whether or not they want to fight,,,they are forced to do it. I for one am sick of all these criminals getting a slap on the wrist for the evil they bestow upon innocent creatures.The criminals should receive the same torturous treatment that they inflict on the innocent dogs they abuse.I will be the first one in line to to dish out to the criminals what they do to the breed of dogs I rescue! Another shameful exploitation of man's best friend. For a certainty those people who use these dogs for financial gain are heartless and cruel people.
