IN OUR CASE THE BIO DAD JUST SAYS HE DOES NOT WANT TO PAY, SO HE DOESNT HAVE TO, IS THIS FAIR, THE MOTHER ADMITS EXTRACURRICULAR MARITAL SEX AND GLOATS TO THE FACT THAT SHE HAS BEEN ABLE TO SCAM THIS MAN FOR 12 YEARS, ONLY OUT TO RUIN HIM FINANCIALLY, HER EXACT WORDS, AND THE GOVERNMENT IS HELPING HER TO ACHEIVE THIS. THIS LAW NEEDS TO BE REVISITED, AND CONSEQUENCES FOR COMMITING FRAUD, WITHOLDING INFORMATION FOR FINANCIAL GAIN, AND REQUIRING THE BIO FATHER TO PROVIDE FOR THE CHILDS FINANCIAL SUPPORT WHEN DNA HAS PROVEN HIM TO BE THE FATHER. Our family is suffering due to a case of child support fraud also. My husband was led to believe that he was the father of a child for 10 1/2 years. Although he never met the child or established a relationship with her because he always doubted paternity. Finally we were able to convince the mother to allow my husband a chance to have a paternity test done on him and the child at our expense. She agreed, and the results of paternity came back 0% possibility! The mother agreed to present the results to the AGs office and release my husband of the responsibility of providing for this child who is not his, however, she never followed through. We hired an attorney and went before the judge with the results and requested that my husband be released of this obligation from the point of the revelation through paternity testing and the judge flat out refused to reverse the order! THIS IS FLAT OUT WRONG! Now my husband is being made to support a child who isn't his and struggling to provide for our children whom he knows are his! Something needs to be done about these trifling you know whats that are lying and getting compensated for it!

My husband has been a victim of paternity fraud, and our government has been a allie and partner in crime for her to steal and extort money from he and our children. It is difficult to tell our small children that they cannot have things because we don't have the money. The ex wife takes lush vacations off of our hard earned dollar while we struggle to put food on the table and pay for a roof over our heads. She laughs all the way to the bank while she gloats about getting away with fraud. She knows it and admits it but our government continues to support her in her efforts. We should be ashamed of ourselves as a society to allow such injustice to plague innocent men and their legit. biological children. Threaten her with jail or better yet, hit her where it hurts and threaten her with restitution if she does not reveal the biological father. We can no longer stand for this crime in this country. Liberty and justice for all means my husband and kids too. I'm tired of them suffering because she does not want to find the real man responsible. After 12 years I decided to get a tests done to see if I could father a child. My fiance said she could not understand how I did not father a child when I was trying,but with did with a girl I had only been with a couple months. She would not get her tubes untied unless I knew for sure I could father a child.So I did the tests , sure enough I only have a 5% chance to father a child.So I wanted to know if the child I was told was mine actually was. Not only was I denied by the woman judge to get a paternity test, she actually admitted in court she would not be able to find the father because she was drunk too much and slept with too many men. I could not believe my ears!! She practically came out and said I was not the father and I still was denied the test. I've had many people tell me it is my right,well I guess the law is differnt in Wisconsin, at least it is in Outagamie county. So to all the happy new dads out there get the test right away. I don't want anyone else to go through what I did.

I'm a single mom of 4 and my husband who i've been separated from for over 8 years has denied me a divorce for 8 years and was almost made to pay child support for my 3 youngest children who are not his. I think the biological father should always be responsible.

My home is in foreclosure because my child support order is being lowered for my ex husband whom I gave a chance in non support court verses prison and it took a year before incarerating him. He had paid less than 1,000 dollars in a year and owes me over 40,000. Child Support lowered his order. The other father tried to get custody of my daughter and I was forced to pay 1/2 the Guardian Ad Lidem Fee's which was 750.00 dollars or I was told that I would be incarcerated. This was not a case of abuse or neglect and the father and his attorney requested the Guardian Ad Lidem and it is recorded in court that the father would pay for the Guardian Ad Lidem. At the end of court his case had backfired on him and he had told the court he made 160,000 dollars after taxes in 2006 and his child support went from 60.00 a week which he only paid right before a court date to 204.00 dollars a week which of course he appealed and child support lowered it to aproximately 137.00 weekly and he also appealed that amount and has lied and said his business folded was the reason for lowering it to 137.00 and now it has been changed again because he told them that he is not working at all. He owns rental property and is working! He tells me he is at work on the phone. All income is not taxable and child support in Butler Co. Ohio will not investigate! They say that they do not do that. I have to hire an investigator on my own and I am on SSI and am permanently disabled and do not have the income to do this.!! I receive 674.00 monthly for SSI and 355.00 from Job and Family Services and food stamps since the child support is not being paid. My last payment was at the end of 2008. I am very aggitated in the systems process! How do you report fraud if they won't do anything about it???!!

NO, its not fair. California has the "innocents" law so that husbands have to support the children. Guys came back from Viet Nam to babies they couldn't have fathered but were forced to support the children for 18 years.
