People for Gay marriage in the state CA

Target:
California state legislators
Sponsored by:
this is a petition for those of us who don't want to see gay marriage outlawed. It's a position to legalize gay marriage in CA and show people that no matter what state we're from we think this gay marriage is right and that it's wrong to make it illegal.

Dear Legislators,
We want to see another vote taken for the right for gays to marry.  It's not fair that it's illegal and it's not agreed with. We want to see gay marriage legalized in the state of CA and in every state in the United States and the territories too.  But starting with CA, we want to see the right for gay marriage legalized in the state, and as I already said, another vote taken so we can prove that we want Gay marriage legal in the state of CA.

Sincerely,
the citizens of the United States, for gay marriage in CA,

You will notice that my prefix is listed as Ms. And unfortunately if these laws are not change it will remain Ms instead of Mrs, because as things stand now I am unable to marry my Wife. One would think in this day and age the church would have seperated form the state and there would not be laws which ban things that are hurting no one. Love does hurt it cures.

Marriage is supposed to be the joining of 2 people regardless of sexuality ... no one has the right to prevent 2 people who love, honour and cherish each other their right to marriage because of ignorant prejudice and egotistical petulance. We're supposed to be adults yet we act more like children on the subject. Give them the right now by telling people you can't merry them because your not sapost 2 be with the same sex is like telling us who we have 2 marry. It's wrong we all are human no matter who we are with. God would not want us puting down Gay's, Lesbiean's, bisexual's, Transgendered etc. just because of who they are with. (S)he wants us to love everyone. Let every one live free any sexual oriantation is allowed.

Marrage is a civil, public display of one's intention of creating a family unit and live together for life. That is why there are "civil ceremonies, as well as religious ceremonies in many countries.

No one should choose who you have to marry.

Everyone should have the right to marry. Maybe if the government actually used their brains they would think that it could be one of their own kids that are gay and want to marry someday, then what? Tell your own kid sorry daddy voted no to legalising gay marriage.

I am in a civil realionship - I only wish it was a full marriage. A country as great as The USA can lead the world on this. I took my `husbands`name and only wish it happened because I am legally married to him

Gay marriages should be allowed because not everyone can like the opposite sex. everyone should have a different way to express themselves!!
