Petition for shelter in Foca/Turkey-donkeys and horses

Mrs. Dinc is 65 years of age and an engineer who graduated at the Istanbul Technical University.
She takes care of abandoned, disabled and old horses, donkeys and dogs with her own funds at her own property.
The aim of this petition is to send the request to the local responsibles in Foca to support Mrs. Dinc's shelter for the abandoned donkeys and horses to guarantee the survival of the project.
This petition will be sent to the Governor and Municipality of Izmir and to the Ministry of Environment and Forest /Branch Izmir.
We the undersigned,
request from the Turkish Government the support of the private shelter of Mrs.Dinc in Foca for the abandoned, old horses and donkeys to guarantee
the survival of the project.
In Turkey the municipalities are responsible for stray, disabled and old animals. The municipality in Foca has no shelter for abandoned donkeys and horses. Because of that Mrs. Dinc is the only point to rescue these animals since 25 years.
Mrs. Dinc is 65 years of age and she takes care of these abandoned animals with her own funds at her own property.
Please do the necessary to support this project.
