Please Animal Planet Stop Portraying Animals as Monsters
Please sign this petition to bring awareness to Animal Planet (The TV Channel) that we the viewers are tired of them having shows on that portray animals in a harsh way. For example their shows titled Monsters Inside Me, ManEaters, Human Prey, Untamed and Uncut, Fatal Attractions, I Shouldn't Be Alive, I was Bitten, I'm Alive, and etc... These shows show animals at their worst and seem to be all Animal Planet (the channel) shows in their programming. There seem to be more shows about the bad side of animals than the good side of animals. We don't want to see animals harming people... this only shows people the bad, what about the good? Animal Planet used to be about animal documentaries. We want that back. Educational and Fun animal programming that doesn't portray animals as "monsters". Animal Planet does seldom run shows that we don't mind like Dogs/Cats 101, Planet's Funniest Animals, Animal Miracles, Pet Star, The Most Extreme, etc... Those shows are animal friendly shows. We want Animal Planet to stop showing so many harmful animal shows and start showing more animal documentaries and/or animal friendly programming.
