This guy should get the death penalty for 1st degree murder, or at least life for kidnapping served consecutively for each murder - actually the maximum punishment for all his crimes to be served one after the other, not concurrently so he gets out early. It is already a fact that serial killers of people all start with animals. He is too old to be rehabilitated - I know that for a fact from a personal experience. If there is any leniency here, then the judge and attorneys should be held responsible and punished as accessories after the fact when he murders again upon any release they give him. He will do it again. He isn't mentally disturbed, just evil and none of us should be subjected to his behavior. His parents should also be held responsible or at least investigated for creating this monster, especially if not at the age of majority if it is 21 in Florida - they brought him up - and probably covered up for him all his life. No one can be like him and not have his parents notice - I know that for a fact from personal experience. He shouldn't be out now, even with the leg bracelet. We all know now how well they work since the exposure of the guy wearing one while he held his victim hostage for 18 years. I will watch this case very closely - I am tired of no accountability for actions and this pokicy seems to be condoned by the people who work in the legal system. It is time to stand up for what is right.
