PROTECT FLORIDA WETLANDS IN PORT ST. LUCIE - STOP PAVING PARADISE!

Polluted water has ruined the once beautiful St. Lucie Estuary.

The City of Port St. Lucie plans destroying the healthy wetland and creating a large parking lot.   It is the only natural filter left on the filthy and toxic  C-24 canal.  This wetland is vital to the survival of  the manatee, dolphin, tarpon, snook, osprey, heron, eagle, turtle, bobcat and many other native Florida species..  Our RIVERS ARE BLACK and our estuary fishes are sick and our populations are declining.
Florida waterways are in serious trouble.
Take Action!
Urge the City Council of Port St. Lucie to save the wetlands and help create a healthy clean waterway for everyone to use.

We the Undersigned ask you not to destoy the wetland along the C-24 canal.  Our Florida waterways are in a crisis from polluted water being discharged into them.  They have reached the point of being unfishable and unswimable.  Our wildlife is disappearing at a rapid rate.
Please re-design the park to be more passive and environmentally friendly for all residents and vistors to enjoy.
Thank you for your time and consideration
