PROTECT MAX AND OTHERS LIKE HIM

I have been a member of bird-line parrot rescue for a few years and i am about to renew my membership. Over the years birdline have been really busy rescuing and protecting parrots of all speices.There aim is to save care and protect them.I myself have been a safe house in the cheshire area and i have taken in a fair few  just like max in the picture.  As alot of other members  have over the years People buy these birds but forget they need alot of loving care a good diet which keeps them healthy. They can be very noisy or they dont talk because they need time to learn just like children have too learn.This is when problems arise and they are ill treated. Others have been hit or hurt because they are aggresive but why you may ask because people expect to much of them.Brdline have and are still working hard to protect and to help people to care for them.During 2008 &2009 over 1,000 birds came to the rescue undernourished others with feathers ripped out due to stress by the bird it,s self.Thats only afew reasons i cauld go on.Please consider what care parrots need before you buy one to avoid this unnecessary cruelty.
