Dont spend your vacation in the dogs hell. Dont go to Puglia!

Puglia is the hell for dogs and for humans who love animals:

• Parts of the local population are treating animals in a brutal, unhuman and uncivilized way
• Dogs and puppies are abandoned, poisoned, beaten and incarcerated by private owners and municipal employees
• 70.000 dogs are interned in horrifiying, private camps
  
• These so called Canili are hatcheries for diseases of all kinds
• The operators are not interested in adoptions. Canile means dying all life long
• Taxes for stray dogs are embezzled systematically
  
• Communes dont enforce neither registration nor castration
  
•  Veterinary offices are part of the problems
•  For 15 years animal protection laws are taken ad absurdum

Apulien ist die Hoelle fuer Hunde und fuer Menschen mit einem Herz fuer Tiere:

• Teile der Bevoelkerung behandeln Tiere brutal, unmenschlich und unzivilisiert
• Hunde und Welpen werden von Privaten und Gemeindeangestellten ausgesetzt, vergiftet, geschlagen und eingekerkert
• 70.000 Hunde sind in graesslichen privaten Lagern interniert
• Diese Canile sind Brutstaetten fuer Krankheiten
• Adoptionen finden kaum statt. Canile heisst lebenslaenglich sterben 
• Steuergelder fuer Streunerhunde werden systematisch unterschlagen
• Die Gemeinden setzten weder Meldepflicht noch Sterilisationen durch
• Die Veterinaerbehoerden sind ein Teil des Problems
• Seit 15 Jahren wird Tierschutzgesetzgebung ad absurdum gefuehrt

La Puglia per i cani e l inferno  e lo %uFFFD anche per chiunque ami gli animali:

• Una parte della popolazione tratta gli animali con brutalita, in modo disumano e incivile
• Cani e cuccioli vengono abbandonati, avvelenati, bastonati ed imprigionati da privati e dagli impiegati comunali
• 70.000 cani si trovano rinchiusi in orrendi lager privati
• Questi canili sono veri focolai per le malattie
• Le adozioni sono praticamente inesistenti. Canile significa carcere a vita
• Il denaro del fisco per i cani randagi viene sistematicamente defraudato
• I comuni non impongono ne l anagrafe, ne la sterilizzazione
• Le autorita veterinarie sono parte del problema
• Da oramai 15 anni la Legge sulla protezione degli animali viene gestita ad absurdum

That does it! Puglias dogs hell is a shame for the whole of Europe. There is an end of it!

We will not go to Puglia until the appropriate authorities will cease this selfmade tragedy. We are demanding from you and Mr. Nichi Vendola,  President of the region of Puglia, to take action in ceasing the permanent grievances.

• Forceful registration for all private dogs owner
• Adoption of a dogs tax
• Subsidized castration campaigns all over the country
•  Abolishment of the private camps and their subsidization! Canili has to become official and public
• No more corruption and misappropriation of taxes for the so called and man-made stray dogs emergency
• Control of the actions of the ASL and the communes

 THERE IS AN END OF ORGANIZED CRUELTY TO ANIMALS!

Es reicht. Die Hundehoelle von Apulien ist eine Schande fuer Europa. Schluss damit!

Wir reisen deshalb nicht mehr nach Apulien, bis diese selbst gemachte Tragoe, die von den zustaendigen Behorden endlich entschlossen beendet
wird. Wir fordern Sie und Herrn NICHI VENDOLA,den Praesidenten der Region Puglia auf, endlich die laengst faelligen Massnahmen zu ergreifen,
um die andauernden Missstaende zu beenden:

• Durchsetzung der Meldepflicht fuer alle privaten Hundehalter
• Einfuehrung einer Hundesteuer
• Flaechendeckende subventionierte Kastrationsaktionen
• Keine privaten Hundeheime mehr, Subventionierung von Dienstleistungen, nicht von Hunde-Lagern! Hundeheime muessen oeffentlich werden
• Stopp der Korruption und der Unterschlagungvon Steuergeldern fuer den sogenannten und kuenstlich produzierten "Streunerhundenotstand"
• Kontrolle der  Taetigkeit der ASL und der Gemeinden

L inferno dei cani in Puglia e una vergogna per  l Europa.

Non viaggeremo piu in Puglia, fino a quando le autorita competenti non avranno finalmente risolto con determinazione la tragedia randagismo. Invitiamo Lei e il signor NICHI VENDOLA, Presidente della Regione Puglia, di intraprendere finalmente le misure indispensabili previste dalla Legge gia da anni e di porre fine a questo stato di illegalita:

• Far rispettare l obbligo di denuncia per tutti i detentori privati di cani
• Introdurre una tassa per cani
• Azioni di sterilizzazione sovvenzionate su tutto il territorio
• Abolire i canili privati, sovvenzionare i servizi e non i lager per i cani! I canili devono diventare pubblici
• Stop alla corruzione e al peculato con il denaro dei contribuenti usato per il cosiddetto stato di emergenza randagismo, creato deliberatamente
• Controllo delle attivita dell ASL e dei Comuni
  

BASTA CON IL MALTRATTAMENTO DI ANIMALI ORGANIZZATO!
