Puppy Beaten And Stabbed

A four month old puppy was found by 2 girls,the puppy was in a plastic bag,beaten and stabbed,I want justice for this poor puppy and the perps need to be charged with animal cruelty to the fullest extent of law!

We the undersigned want justice for the puppy that was beaten and stabbed,this puppy was innocent and has had strikes agains't it because it was vunerable to this these sick people who abused it,please help with the capture and everything it will take to prosecute these people for this horrific abuse.
