If he was involved 'in a single incident where no one was injured' then it is stupid and sickening to put such a young child to death!

Please re-consider this case. Can you remember when you were 14? We ALL have made mistakes and done things that we should have thought out better-right? I am not saying that there should not be punishment for breaking the law;however, the punishment should fit the crime and I dont believe that in this case it does. PLEASE THINK THIS OVER! Thank you! No, I believe that people should all be treated with respect. |
people in charge of our penal institutions who take advantage of the incarcerated are no less than psychos with control issues. these people need to be found out and sent to spend time in the populations they abused. a lot of time! but, this abuse factor is just another part of our penal system that is given a wink and an nod from officials. every cop knows what happens behind bars and use it to threaten arrestees with. every judge and every prison warden and guard knows this type of treatment is routine. every person who has been to prison knows what happens there. but, most people do not care. that's so disturbing because the only thing that seems to have gotten easier in our world is the possibility of finding yourseld on the wrong side of some law whetehr th Patriot Act or some other bit of legal craziness so i vogue these days.
Do you think children should be brutilized by the staff who work in the juvenile facilities, and by the judges who place them there?
It seems easier to regenerate a juvenile than an adult. All first time offenders deserve one more chance after passing through a thorough rehabilitation process.
