Raise the 3rd shift age limit to 99 at hospitals and hotels

Raise the 3rd shift age limit to 99 at hospitals and hotels

Target:
U.S. Congress
Sponsored by:
Some companies still chose to set low age limits like at 25 on third shift cleaning crew and that is not acceptable.  There are senior citizens that can work at any time of the day nor night in hotels, hospitals, and airports.

We the undersigned need to force companies that contract out for cleaning services to allow well qualified older Americans to work no matter what time of the day it is.  And the laws that do protect the over 40 needs some more teeth into it.

Senior citizens are the most delicate workers of all. They are the most historical people on earth today. they live longer and they are stronger. 40 is the new 20. it is time to show the young people a thing or two. We older people don't go around tearing things up. Plus hiring older workers adds creativity to the workforce. Hotel and hospital lobbies look their grandest when you have older workers blending in with the younger workers. That goes for airports too. Some people that are well into their 90s have the strength of a person that is in their 20s.

Why are there upper age limits at all? The older you are the more you have lived and if you cannot do something it is because of your physical, mental or skills state not your age. Weird to hae upper agelimits - younger age limits are there to show youths that with age and activities comes responsibility.

With more baby boomers aging and retiring it will have a huge negative impact on the workforce--if someone wants to work it would be a bonus for any employer to have a babyboomer with all those years of experience as an employee--it is a win-win situation for both!!
