Help us continue the 'Spirit of Rally'

Dear Rally Obedience Community,
On February 1, 2012, the APDT Board of Trustees disbanded the APDT Rally committee and announced that the board had voted unanimously to "find a new home" for its Rally Obedience program.
In the interest of preserving the core of what was APDT Rally, and making RALLY even BETTER, a new 501(c)7 organization is being formed, comprised of current APDT Rally officials, trial hosts and dedicated exhibitors and enthusiasts, to serve as that new home for APDT Rally. We feel the best possible future for APDT Rally would be for it to remain in the hands of those who have been the driving force and supporters of the venue for the past 11 years. Further, we feel the program will be able to grow and more people and dogs will be able to participate if operated and administrated by a not-for-profit entity. We are pleased that a significant portion of the former APDT Rally community has already come together and are in support of this new, not-for-profit organization.
* We the undersigned are members of RALLY NATION, in pursuit of 501(c)7 status, with intent to be "the new home" of the current APDT Rally Program.
* We ARE the committed, dedicated and driving force that has kept APDT Rally vital for the past 11 years.
* We are committed to keeping the program centered on positive, dog friendly training.
* We would like to work with the APDT Board of Trustees in facilitating a smooth transfer, allowing APDT Rally to continue, without interruption, to grow and thrive.
