My fiance and I are extremely concerned about the recent towing taking place in our community. We do not believe that allowing strangers in tow trucks to police our streets is a positive development for the Vista Townhomes. We are also upset with the lack of care our current landscapers take with our community. We're sure there are better, less expensive options out there.

*we hate having to park our vehicle all the way at the park. We can't park anywhere because the HOA gives it all to the visitors but we're the ones that live here and we cant even park anywhere. I mean we only have a one car garage thats the size to fit a golf cart. and we have two vehicles. We didn't start having problems until they started assigning spots. * Also, we got towed for parking in our own driveway, our vehicle wasn't even sticking out. we didn't even know we couldn't do that. No warning they just took it. and they almost towed my friend who was just dropping off something. I bet the towing company and the HOA people work as one. Because he was just in the house for nearly a minute and it was about to get towed. This is ridiculous. Are they watching our every move? Help.

The fee's and parking situation is out of hand. The fact that we are not recycling is ridiculous. We need posted signs indicating the towing situation as well as a warning period. The companies that the HOA have contracted with for towing are unethical and accept bribes if you have cash on had. When did this become accepted practice??

We need to distance ourselves from the current management, notably the HOA governance. The rules being put into effect are not for the benefit of the townhome owners. The dues are much too high for the services being offered. Cars are being towed away at 6am on weekends, illegally. Caretaker management does not offer any customer service, owner support, etc.
