Reduce Homeless Animal Numbers

It's very sad how many homeless animals are running around the streets today. Everyone could prevent this from happening, but many people do not take the responsibility of a pet. Please get your pets neutered or spayed, and don't abandon them!

We the undersigned believe everyone should take responsibility for their pets. Please spay and neuter pets, and keep homeless pet numbers down! Don't abandon your pets, and if you cannot care for a pet, don't get one!
