I used to work CPS until a bitter divorce. They took my son and gave him to my ex who he claimed was abusing him. The CPS's County Mental Health wrote, "I believe he was abused by the father, and that this mother (me) is being sold out because of threats by the father's attorney and even County Counsel has signed off on it." Additionally a petition has ben filed and sustained for emotional abuse on me also and they are not even giving me services and they have no reason and legal grounds for a bypass. The CPS jingle that I heard years ago must be true... "Delay, Deny, Delay, Obsticles in play. Hope the parent(s) go away. Hurray Hurray. Adoption for another day."

I agree that CPS should be done away with. Many workers are fresh out of high school and don't even have children of their own. I fought CPS here for over four years, and finally won. How? I ended up having to divorce my husband in order to keep my children. He was never formally charged for any crime, but CPS "alleged" a crime. Now my children are away from their father and cannot see him. WTH kind of system is this. It's almost as if we are back in Salem. CPS wants you to jump through hoops and when you do, they tell you that you didn't do it right. I have felt like I'm on trial as a witch, when all I've done is have children with my husband. Now I'm a single mother of four, thanks to CPS and I can barely make it. They know that I will have to stay on some forms of public assistance (which is what they want). This enables them to creep around my front and back door some more. Sign me up for this rally! I have no problem speaking in public, as I am sure the public would like to know just how their tax dollars are being spent. I have a four year degre and am working on my Master's. Believe it or not... I am educated despite the fact that CPS wants to portray me as an idiot.

Help innocently accused parents get their children back and go after the truly abused children that end up dead in a house fire from a crack explosion or hit by a car while his mother is watching TV! I've had to deal with cps before due to a nurse not like me reporting her for giving out my childs info to a stranger which goes against all laws in the nursing field but no I was the single mom easy to attack. Cps doesn't care about what is best for the children and how it hurts family. If a parent is a responsible, good parent I think cps should leave them alone. What gives them the right to write the book on parenting. Here in my city not to long ago a CPS worker got busted with cocaine. To bad they didn't have kids so they could have felt how it feels to have your kid ripped from your arms. To all the parents who wrongful had your children taken from you my heart goes out to you. My daughter was only gone from me for 2 months when she was a baby but those where the worst 2 months of my life.

This last year was The year from Hell. My daughter made terrible acusations aside from the one true one ( I did slap her)..she called me a fu---- bit--..she was 15 and "in love" boyfriend sending porn over video and camera phones and such...she wanted to live with him and his family "just loved her"...well so did I...I was working with all the difficulties I was having with her..I have already rasied a 21, 19 year old son and have a six year old son as well..a week after slapping her she called the police..they took her to my moms "against my mom's real approval" she does love her granddaughter but knew she was a problem...after my daughter realizing she was too far from her boyfriend and different school district...she made more accusations..this time against my husband...involving my older son's (her own brothers) and stating we all knew about things my husband did to her. UG! So they took my little guy and put him in a foster home - alone! Then moved the daughter there with him because my mom asked for some guidelines to be explained to my daughter...she was lieing and manipulating. The foster home consisted of a 22 year old foster mom and her boyfriend of 23 and they have a chid together....how was this going to help my kids??? My daughter already wanted to live with and have babies with her boyfriend...this was showing her it's ok to do that. My son is finally home after exactly one year of belittleing myself, swallowing my pride and paying thousands of dollars and still owe for attorneys...my poor husband..he finally gets one visit a week for one hour. they are talking about family counseling..when, another year? My husband has never even been charged...the judge didn't even believe my daughter's stories...maybe this time next year my husband, our son and I can be together again. We have already lived apart for one year. I know he loves us and is very faitful...that's not an issue. CPS poeple lied, twisted things and even made my mom look bad. They counsil (still) my son about his daddy sexual abusing him...he never did! My husband has cooperated in every way they suggest and still pays 200.00 per hr. for an attoreny, seperatly from my attorney. We do not have money...we live paycheck to paycheck and are in forclosure for my dream home...we are loosing our home. My older boys...they want nothing to do with their sister. She has since been removed from the foster home and sent to an aunt on her dead dads side...her natural father was killed, drug dealing, i left him for a better life. Thanks CPS...where were you when her dad was beating me and stealing what little bit of money we had? Now I have a good husband, happy family, beautiful home...you have destroyed it all....may your souls burn in hell!

I am so outraged and heartbroken that this can happen to the innocent children. We must remember that these social terrorrists are stealing our future, That is the way we need to look at it! There are laws that have been made about children being kidnapped and tortured by strangers.
