We the undersigned petition the National Football League (NFL) to publicly address concerns of fans with regards to officiating. We believe the NFL fails to seriously consider problems with NFL officiating and intentionally chooses to overlook and suppress officiating mistakes. As such, we ask the NFL to implement the following:
1. publish in advance the crew assignment schedule for NFL games
2. publish performance statistics of all NFL officials
3. publicly acknowledge mistakes made by officiating crews each week
We believe an open review of NFL officiating will improve overall performance and will aid in enhancing the current image NFL officials have with fans. Our ultimate goal is to improve the game by increasing accuracy and identifying officials with a pattern of poor officiating.

I have been a loyal NFL fan since before the first Super Bowl. The Giants/Packers Championship game was the worst officiating I have seen in a very long time. I have been noticing that the NFL seem to be directing who goes on, depending on favoritism, player personalities and markets. I have been contemplating NOT watching the NFL games. I did the same with the NBA years ago, don't like their game anymore. It is long past time for the NFL to fix the officiating problem. If games are not called fairly, I will not watch.

They suck......look at the New York-Green Bay game......SHAMEFUL!!!! Talk about stupid calls against the Giants, but flagrant missed calls against Green Bay!!! Is it in the plan to have a Green Bay - New England Super Bowl?

The non calls against New England show the leauge is fixed.I am a Patriots fan and I beleive we can win the super baowl at 13-3 etc but the favorism my team has recieved takes much away from as pecial season.we want to win fair and square but cheating is wrong and should not rewAarded.Oh well, the NFL doesn't care about what I think or anyone else, its all about money.

Your telling me in a critical point in the game against GB the PANTHERS had mojo when Peppers SACKED FARVE causing a fumble YET they couldnt tell who recoverd (when PEPPERS handed the BALL to the ref.) so GB got to punt and play deffense and that ended horribly for a Carrbage QB which we endured most of the year (our own stupid mistake). Most CAROLINA FANS ARE SICK OF POOR OFFICIATING not just in our games but around the league. Many bad calls made by ref.s seem to be the COUNTLESS ONES directed to keep mutiple NE drives alive over the past 2-3 YEARS??? Or is the MONEY they bring in/ PAY in the ISSUE??? Are the ref.s in this SPORT being PAID ALSO??? MAYBE THATS THE QUESTION that needs a answer???

Officiating is taking away from the game; they throw to many flags on crap that doesn't even look like anything. I watch 3 different teams, and each year at least one of them gets into the playoffs, this year zero. And all 3 have been screwed bad BS officiating at one point or another. Like phantom calls. I think the big ones are pass interface. Both ways, calls that shouldn’t had been made then later in the game a defiant interference happens and NO FLAG! The officiating needs to be held accountable; they need to be thinking twice before throwing a questionable flag.

I love the refs. The refs started our Dynasty with the Tuck Rule. The refs are always taking care of my teamates and myself. I just got fitted for my SB ring and the NFL just gave us the Lombardi Trophy. We already know we are going to win the Super Bowl and I think all the other teams in the playoffs should just throw the towel in. Thank you Ex Comm Paul and current Comm Roger and most of all, thank you for doing your job refs (;

As a fan that has watched the NFL grow from it glory days of the sixties through today. I can easy admit that I have never seen a worse representation of biased officiating over the past five decades. By their actions, the League and its officials have taken away the enjoyment that me and my family grow up expecting and enjoying. As it stands, until the NFL again decides to return to its roots of unbiased officiating and constant rule changing. We will no-longer support the NFL buy purchasing or subscribing to anything NFL related.

The Officiating of games this year seems to be handled by a crew of untrained rookies that don't seem to know the same rule from one play to the next.Consistancy is needed,afterall these games are a one shot win or loose and to loose a game on the count of bad officiating is unacceptable.It is human to error but time after time is no longer an error but a mistake that needs to be addressed
