We urgent need the creation of an animal refugee for maltreated, abandoned and homeless animals.
Hundreds of animals that because of the overpopulation are abandoned and neglected in the streets, besides others that are battered by their owners.
We have to give them a choice to be rescued and to find them a home where they can be loved and cared for.
Let´s demonstrate that we can be a modern city, as many others in this country, that care for the animal welfare.
