Release Ban on Pit Bulls

In some states they ban people from owning Pit Bulls. They do that because of all the attacks that have been commited by them. But, the reality is that it is not the dogs fault but the breeders or the owners fault. Pit bulls are breed that is loyal, friendly to friend and family, and friendly to general strangers. They are also a breed that protects their family an friends. And if the Pit Bull was not raised right, then the dog will be a not so nice dog when it grows up. For Example, a Pit Bull owners Pit Bull had puppies and the owner did not know how to take care of them, Then they end up locked in a cage for most of their early life and they end up not friendly because no one payed attention to them. How would you like it if you were dragged away from your home to be killed when you didn't do anything wrong! I am only 11 and my upstairs neighbor has a Pit Bull and I took him out and he did not tug on the leash, he did not jump on me, bite me, or knock me over. Hopefully you will agree with me to release the ban on Pit Bulls in the USA,
