Remove Al Davis from Power in Oakland

Dear NFL, I am a life long, die hard Oakland Raider fan, but myself along with many others after today's game at the New York Giants are barely able to take watching a game anymore. This is a storied franchise that has over the years won 3 Super Bowl titles and appeared in 2 others. They have been a steady source of revenue for the league, their city, and the networks that air their games. However, that has all changed. In an era of league parity, the Oakland Raiders are not anywhere close to competing. The Raiders have held a top draft pick over the last several years since the Super Bowl, but unlike other teams that have been in their position only seem to be getting worse. With that being said, there is only one man to blame. A man who has changed the game for the better, but has lost his sense of football and is totally out of touch. Al Davis.  This team has plenty of talent, but cannot get a quality coach to come coach the Raiders and when surprises the league and is able to win, Al Davis does not like the way he wins and ships him out of town. The Lane Kiffin era was horrible, and was handled poorly by the organization. The Jon Gruden time in Oakland was great, followed by Al Davis needing a winning coach to be shipped out of Oakland. With the great draft picks and the amount of talent on the team, they should be able to move the ball. However, Al Davis has found a coach who when not punching his fellow coaches, will play the way Al Davis wants to play even if it means interceptions, and no first downs. This team has the ability to run the ball, but continues to make poor decisions and attempt to throw the ball down field. This is why Al Davis is sticking with Tom Cable and JaMarcus Russel. It is not a decision that will help the team win, only allow for one exciting play per season. 
Reporters and former team MVP's are being banned from the locker room for airing the Raiders dirty little secrets. Former pro bowlers are saying how bad the Raiders organization is to play for. The press is being handled poorly, not reporting signings, trades, released players, and injuries to the media, just hidden on their web site. 
 Now there is rumor of a fire sale up coming in Oakland. As I am watching this game and watching the Raiders doing everything they can to lose this game the worst way possible, all I can think is how talented some of these players are and how much better this team would be with good leadership and a good coach. However, with Al Davis running the team, they will continue to not compete and will continue to choose coaches that have very little ability to run a team, but are willing to do what Al Davis wants. 
I am starting this petition to make it evident to the NFL that Raiders fans are having a hard time supporting the team that keeps them spending money on NFL related products. Something needs to be done starting with removing Al Davis from power and turning this team back into the storied, winning organization it once was. Please restore some dignity to this team and to the league. Do the right thing.
