Repeal Proposition 8! (Same-Sex Marriage Ban)

Proposition 8 eliminated the fundamental rights of the United States Constitution for homosexual couples. Not allowing them to marry is unjust, unfair, and wrong. It goes against the Constitution. Our founding fathers built this country on the idea that every human being has a right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. The NCLR has already begun taking legal action against this ban.
