Repeal SB314 (liquor law changes)

State Bill 314 made several changes to liquor laws, most of which are bad for business.
The most offensive of which is making illegal the practice of selling discounted drinks at bars (NO Happy Hour!). Drinks specials are typically offered during slow times to entice customers to come in and spend money. The Utah State Legislature has made it ILLEGAL for these businesses to offer their product at a discount. That is anti-Capitolism and anti-American. The result will inevitably be that some of your favorite watering holes will close.
The Utah legislature is making a move to regulate the lives of consumers and business owners alike. Fight back by providing your support and your endorsement of this petition to REPEAL STATE BILL 314!!!
