Outrageous to say the least! In breach of international laws, this act of clear insolence and disrespect to the religion of Islam calls for a critique of the Danish artistic intellect. This so called 'free artistic expression' parallels the IQ level of a six year old, lacking any sense of humane responsibility, let alone the whole discussion about the responsibilities of an artist. Seems as if the 'ivory tower' went through a metamorphosis in the post 9/11 societies of the world, changing itself into a stranglehold of dirty politics. On one hand, the latest torture techniques developed by the White House to be 'utilized' in Guantanamo Bay and Prison of Abu Ghuraib are labeled as artistic ways of interrogation (Taxi to the Dark Side, No End in Sight) - on the other hand, these kinds of expressions are dubbed as freedom by the political in the West. I wonder what good art can do anymore in today's world. Shame onto those who consider not human implications while committing acts of this type but their only goal is worldly fame and possessions. If the West thinks it can 'put out the light' of Islam with insensitive mediocrity, it should think again.

Living in a Arab country for almost five years I have learned a lot about Muslim religion. I am not amuslim but I am practicing it. I believe on Prophet Muhammad.

I think it's doing more harm than good. Mockery and ridicule have not worked in the past to solve problems, so what makes people think it will work in these days? Communication is key. But neither side wants to sit down and think rationally, so the fighting goes on.

It is not a freedom of the press. IT is outright incitement to violence. You will not see any Muslim country doing these kinds of things in their papers. I have been to some of them and read both Arabic and English versions of their daily news. If anything, they make fun of themselves. And their politicians.

Denish press dont know that how much respect muslims give to Jesus.Once two persons quarrel each other one was muslim and other was christian, problem came to our beloved prophet (pbuh)and he asked them about the reason of quarrel,Muslim said that i was saying Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)has more affiliation with Allah (God)as compare to Jesus, and christian was saying opposite that Jesus has more affiliation with Allah (God)as compare to Muhammad (pbuh), after listning this Muhammad (pbuh)said that dont quarrel on this issue, he described briefly that when the final day of judgement will come every living thing will be died and I (Muhammad PBUH)will be the first person who will come awake first and i will see that Jesus has already holding one corner of sky on which Allah is present. so this is exactly wat muslims are and wat cristians are doing ahhhhhhhhh that is their sence of inferiority what they poses after short breaks. i can bet that christian cant show even a single incident like this from muslims. hey christians understand our right and our soft protest otherwise u cant imagine that we will do with you.
