Right to Display the American Flag

In 2005, House Resolution 42 of the 2nd Session of the 109th Congress was passed by the House and Senate. It is entitled "The Right to Display the AMerican Flag Act of 2005" President Bush signed it into law in 2006. It reinforces the right to display the American Flag, confirmed by the Supreme Court. Please support an Amendment to that Act which clarifies it to include Residential Apartments, unless the property already prominently displays the flag daily.

"The Right to Display the American Flag Act of 2005" (H.R.42, 2nd 109th Congress) is on the right track. Please initiate and/or support an Amendment to that Act which broadens it to include by name "all multi-family residences occupied under Residential Apartment leases, unless the flag is already displayed on the property".
