Use the legal system against them. From what I've read, they broke a few civil laws. Take it to court & fight them. I've seen houses in worse condition than this & they are still standing!! Some of those same houses have been "flipped" into beautiful Cottage Houses--of which I've not only seen but helped with. A house is like a person-- We all need alittle TLC. Good Luck to you!!!

I personally seen this house and I think it's really cute. I don't think it should be condemned because it is a pretty good little house. It's looking alot better now then it did before Rich owned it.

I would definetly consider going to the News agancies with this. Corruption in City Hall is evident and it stinks. If it took that long to vote then it should have been a non issue. Nice going from elected (maybe paid for) officials

If more people were like Richard, doing what they could to help others in need, our world would be a place we were all happy to live in. Instead of trying to squash Richard's efforts by demolishing this house, how much better would it be, for those who can, to donate time and materials to help bring it up to the cities requirements so that these people can live in it?
