skins is amazing and you know what makes it amazing?...the cast! if you get rid of this cast you seriously wont know whats coming to you! you are making a big mistake! do you actually realise how many viewers you are going to lose because of this please just think about it everyone wants the old cast back! you could keep the old ones and just add new ones please do whats best ! what the viewers want as its us who has to watch it!

I'm from Chile and i love Skins but i'm really upset with the idea about changing the entire cast....you can continue their lifes in college....everyone fell in love with each one of the characters and it's inhuman to through them away!

Cast issues aside most of the viewers that watch the programme feel an affinity to the cast and the realism, including the script writers approach and its outstanding direction, so well done. It is very rare to find a subject mater that is an instantaneous success with all ages. Speaking from experience, Skins has helped me get to know my own family, and my teenage sons and their mates, to actually be able to communicate and remember my own youth. The cast have all said that their casting roles have been an experience that they will never forget. TRUE! I feel that their characters should be allowed to mature along with the new storylines for the new cast. It is interesting to note that viewers sill feel strongly about this subject, as do I.

The skins cast is fine as it is. It will be confusing with the next lot we have to learn all the names again, i've been watching since the first series and i think changing cast will ruin the programme. I love skins at the minute,and i think if you change the cast you will have less people watching it as you will need to get even better people than the last, which by the way is impossible as they were amazing through-out both series.
