Since Israeli government declared Gaza as "hostile entity" on 19th September 2007,Israel blocks delivery of essential medicines to Gaza Strip and doesn't allow Palestinian patients to go outside of Gaza for urgent treatment.
The United Nations,The World Health Organisation and Physicians for Human Rights have condemned Israel for this situation, but Israeli government is still continue to its policy and Palestinian patients are slowly dying in front of the world.
All the victims of this humanitarian crisis are innocent civilians,and many of them are children.For example in 14th November 2007, 6 months old Palestinian baby Sina al-Hajj died because Israeli government didn't allow her to cross Gaza border for geting treatment.
Palestinian MP Jamal Al Khudari said now there are more than a thousand Palestinian patients in urgent need of treatment who are not allowed to leave Gaza.

We the undersigned, are writing to you because we're deeply concerned about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza Strip.
Since the Israeli government declared Gaza Strip as "hostile entity",the siege and the embargo are causing a big health crisis in Gaza.
The hospitals of Gaza is not able to treat its residents since Israel blocks delivery of essential medicines to Gaza Strip,and the Palestinian ministry of health refers patients to hospitals in countries such as Egypt and Israel.
But Israel don't allow the Palestinian patients in urgent need of treatment to go outside of Gaza Strip.
All the victims of this health crisis are innocent civiians,and many of them are children.In 14th November 2007, 6 months old Palestinian baby Sina al-Hajj died because Israel didn't allow her to cross Gaza border for geting treatment.
We are urging you to allow Palestinian patients needing medical care to have treatment outside of Gaza Strip.

The thing that really hurts about this is not knowing what to do to help those poor people. I signed a petition, yeah, I"m sure that'll do a lot of good. ..."But the sea is wide, and I can't swim over, nor have I wings with which to fly"... Right now I am working on a free meal planner which can be copied ad infinitum and which will aid the fight against death from bad diet. What can I do to help out? I'm sure Israel is not pure evil but lately I've been starting to wonder about America/Britain/Israel. What's going on?

Israel took the Jewish settlers out of the Gaza Strip only to protect them from the Israeli aggression which immediately followed the settlers' retreat - targeted killings (needless to say, without trials) and countless supersonic booms created by Israeli jets flying over the Strip simply to terrorize the whole Palestinian population in Gaza. The simplest way to stop Palestinian attacks, if Israel wanted to stop them, would be for Israel to stop attacking and suppressing Palestinians. This would have been easiest when Palestinians accepted the truce, which they did more than once. Israeli Jews who left Israel because of the opression of the Palestinians can help - if they write to Israeli officials stating why they left and that they would be happy to go back to Israel when there will be a just peace with the Palestinians.

Please let all people in the Israel-Palestine lands get equal health care. As a USA citizen, who knows much of USA funds are sent to Israel every year,it is shocking that they are letting people be treated less dignified than a dog in the states! The Palestinians are people who had lands, as the Israel citizens are people who took much of this land, and all deserve access to medical care, food, fuels, and jobs. How predjudice and insensitive do these people need to be before something is done? The wall and continued seizing of land is not bad enough? Now no access to health care...and the USA is doing what? I respect all religions and cultures...However be it Christian, Jewish, or Moslems all extremists and extreme cruel measures hurt many for the joy of a few. The Israelis involved are no relation to any religion if their religion is bases on inhumaine measures to kill inocent peoples...Did not anyone learn anything from Germany and superior views of groups of humans who kill to maintain their view that they are the true brightest and best!

as a health care professional I am sickened by the effect of this on Palestinian people, especially those who are seriously ill and injured, are least able to defend themselves, and who would be no threat to anyone. We have the power to STOP the suffering, we are going down a road to nowhere, PLEASE pave a new road, one with a rainbow at the end of it..............
