We, the undersigned, humbly request that Rep. Wayne Smith reintroduce House Bill 4 for a floor vote in the Delaware House of Representatives. We also request that all 41 Representatives proclaim themsleves on the side of their constituents and vote affirmatively on this bill. It is a travesty that our state would require its legislators to vote on legislation to spend billions of dollars without time to review where that money is being directed. This bill would allow those legislators and the public they serve to review the contents of those bills prior to the vote.
