Save our abandoned dogs in Waterbury CT

I have been a resident of Waterbury for almost 5years.  I have never seen such severe issues with stray and abandoned dogs.  Boyden Street is one of the dump off locations for these poor dogs.   I would like to start a petition to have the SPCA of CT be more active in Waterbury to help with the animal control.  Everyone’s signature and help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you
