SAVE RANDY HALPRIN FROM THE LETHAL INJECTION!!!

SAVE RANDY HALPRIN FROM THE LETHAL INJECTION!!!

Target:
Governor Rick Perry and the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole
We are a group of Randy's friends' and loved ones' who are trying to save Randy from unjustly being put to death by the State of Texas for a crime he did not commit. Randy Halprin was sentenced to death on June 12, 2003 under the controversial Texas Law of Parties. This unjust law states that even though a co-defendant may NOT have participated in the crime or caused a death, he can still face the death penalty. It also states that he should have "anticipated" the crime. However, that would require the ability of a mind reader!

Evidence is overwhelming that Randy was NOT a shooter. We have original statements from his co-defendants whom ALL state that Randy did not shoot. There is also recent testimony from three of the co-defendants re-affirming these facts and stating that had they been called to testify in Randy's trial on these issues, they would have. You can view those documents yourself.
ClICK HERE TO VIEW THE ACTUAL AFFIDAVITS

Randy did NOT receive a fair trial. There is evidence of prosecutorial misconduct. Clear evidence of abuse and abandonment from his childhood was not permitted to be heard as mitigating circumstances for his jury to consider. They also would not allow a key and crucial document created by the State of Texas that clearly shows Randy as the least dangerous of his co-defendants.

We implore you to write a letter to the Governor of Texas and the Texas Board of Pardons and Parole. We ask that you sign this petition. Our hope is that with enough support, these wrongs can be corrected. Thank you for showing your support!

It is clear that Randy didn't kill anyone. Does anyone honestly think the world is a safer place with him dead? That's insane. Please. Someone open your eyes.

While I do believe in the death penalty on a case by case situation, I do NOT agree with sentencing someone to death for guilt by association, which is what this seems like to me. I never knew Randy all that well, but I was extremely surprised to hear of his conviction. I hope this helps you, Randy.

I am an old high school friend of Randy's. He's a good guy, with a troubled past. I wish the best for his future. The death penalty should not be part of it. I was going to take drugs one time and he talked me out of it. And I always remembered Randy telling me not to (take drugs)during my teen years. He was a positive influence in my life. He kept me from EVER taking drugs. He told me that I was too smart for them. He's a good guy. He deserves my help. He has too much potential to do more good.

This is a worrying state of affairs. The law of parties should cleraly be questioned in the strongest possible way and Randy's sentence be overturned

I wish I can sign this hundred billion times over. I am so against the death penalty and I was everyone on DR off. Randy and Crystal I know that I say this a lot but my heart goes out to ya'll. My thoughts and prayers are always with you and all on DR. We all make mistakes and I can't imagine just that one second in your life could change it for the best or worst. I want you to continue to fight.....FIGHT HARD....and I will pray HARD that you will be exonerated and DR will be done away with! With all my heart......Christine Constancio

He did not kill, he does not deserve to be killed. The law of parties is a travesty. This is a human being.

I believe the Death Penalty is legalized murder and should be done away with. Mistakes are made and you cannot give someone back their life.
