The term "Town Center" suggests a place where the community gathers, visits shops and restaurants, basically a place that is the heart of the community.
How can this happen when the town center is little more than just an apartment complex?
How can this small area sustain 458 apartments and over 1,000 parking spaces? The streets will likely be clogged and make it difficult to get to the few shops/restaurants that are there now.
