This is pretty simple, instead of kids skating on places they most likely shouldnt be and probably without proper pads for protection they can skate in a structured environment where proper pads and supervision can take place, I mean come on this about children and their safety!

I live in Ohio but vacation to obx every year. I am 34 yrs old and skate myself. I love knowing that people are fighting for 158. Skateboarding has growingly become more popular than when I was in school.
