SAVE WHALES FROM EXTINCTION!!!

After the 58th IWC (International Whaling Comission) the whaling-nations are for the first time in a majority. That could be the end for all whales! We canīt allow such a horrible thing! Letīs try to save the last beautiful and peaceful whales on this earth! Together WE can change things!

SAVE THE LAST WHALES FROM EXTINCTION!!!

Dear Mr. Takano

I was shocked to hear that the whaling-nations for the first time are in a majority of one after the 58th IWC (International Whaling Comission). I demand that Japan immediately stops buying off votes from poor countries. Thatīs not democratic but deceitful and cowardly!
Besides 77% of all Japanese and millions of other people are against whaling! I think thatīs not surprising, because

-whalemeat doesnīt taste very well,

-nobody wants to buy whalemeat, therefore itīs made to dog biscuits!,

-whales are beautiful and peaceful animals,

-whaling is inhuman and cruel, because the whales die slowly and
 painful and

-whales are in danger of extinction!

As the Japanese ambassador of Germany, you have to ask the Japanese government to stop definite whaling and stop buying off votes from poor countries.
Iīm sure, that the Japanese donīt want to be responsible for the extinction of all whales.

Yours sincerely,

Christoph Poss

The cruel and inhumane act of whaling should be stopped immediately!!! I can't believe that people would even have the slightest of heart to attack such a lovely, peaceful creature. Please, just leave them alone, let them live... I have been doing nothing but signing petition after petition after petition in an effort to help protect these beautiful creatures, and I hope that their lives could be spared. They don't deserve to end up on the list of extinction species of animals, neither do they deserve to go through all these nightmares to their lives...

Whaling needs to stop and the financial resources used to support and underwrite this industry should be spent else where.

I am in primary five at Bonhill Primary school. I am doing a project on endangered animals and I chose Whales. I think it is sick what is happening to these amazing, gentle creatures.

I want children of the future to be able to see these angels of the sea as a protected species. How will we answer to the question of why we did nothing to stop this senseless slaughter. Money is not everything. But unfortunatley greed has got the better of some countries.
