We the undersighned do hereby request that U.S Congressional hearings be held to protect the Pacific & Atlantic Oceans, and the Gulf of Mexico from all 5-year Navy and Air Force warfare testing programs...some of which are now underway. Human health, marine mammals,fish,marine environments,ocean tourism,fishing industries,air,and water supplies should all be protected,along with coastal communities and land areas where such tests are conducted.Each range complex has a seperate 5-year warfare testing E.I.S Since no government agency is protecting the public interest, it is time for Congress to act,hold hearings and protect our oceans,all marine life and human health.
