I WAS GUARANTEED A PERMANENT LOAN MOD AFTER MY THREE TRIAL PAYMENTS. THE REP AT SAXON STATED IT WAS ONLY A VERBAL AGREEMENT AND NOW THEY WANT TO START A NEW THREE MONTH TRIAL PERIOD. THEY HAVE BEEN PLAYING GAMES FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS AND I AM FED UP.

Sent all required paperwork for loan modification several times and was told that a specialist would give me a call after reviewing paperwork...this goes back to Dec/07 when my mortgage was sold to Saxon Mortgage. After many calls to Saxon and when Im able to reach a rep they have to transfer me and I get disconnected and then not able to reach anyone. At some points I have been put on hold for almost an hour.

Without my request, Saxon has been sending me blind modification paperwork (three times in the last two years) which holds up normal payment on my account. They cash my payments, place them into a suspense account and then nail me with late payments and deliquencies. My credit has been comprimised. When I call to get it straightened out I'm treated rudely and without respect.

I was in the ball with the HAMP program since April 4 of 2009 when it started. I did my trial payments, June, July, and August. I kept calling they would say, Oh we are missing this and I would FAX it in, then the next time they said it is in underwriting. Then I recieved a letter stating they want 2 more months of trial period. Ok so that got that money also. Well sure enough I call per usual, its still sitting there for approval before it goes into underwriting. Again another trial peroid payment required that makes 6 months of payments. I call and call its one excuse after another. I was even told once it was in the governments hands not theirs. I have called the HOPE hotline, which is a waste of tax payers money , they are no help either. I even called Morgan Stanely , they said I have to email a complaint before they would do anything. I did that too. I called someone in the Dept of Treasury , Scott Buckhut he has assigned a person Lynn Joans to my case. She said she would get back to me, still waiting on her call. I called The Congressional Oversight Panel, they told me to call my congressman .. Oh jesus christ is about the only person I have NOT called yet. I cannot get any REAL help. The reason I applied for HAMP is because I knew things were gonna get real tight with my husband being laid off and me being a Disabled American. I thought this program was to help, but it lingers on and on, like a soap opera. I will let you all know if any REAL help comes along. Any real advise would be appreciated.

Saxon refused 4 seperate payments from me and said they were going to do a modification, which I was denied for. On 10-27-09 they turned my account over to forclosure and on !0-30-09 sold my loan to Ocwen and are going to charge me attorney's fees until Ocwen takes over on 11-16-09 and as of today's date, 11-06-09 they have my home listed in the local paper for forclosure. They have in excess of $10,0000 in attorney fees and another $540 in property inspection fees. Will it ever end?

we are one of the seemingly few who actually got a modification with saxon, but since the modification took effect july 1, 2009, only then did the nightmare commence. first mod payment held in suspense, 2 months later told we're late, then to skip a month in payments. charged over $1600 from the servicing foreclosure division who still hasn't told us what the fees are for but have twice tried to apply a regular monthly payment to paying off that fee. they told us we had to pay our nov 2009 tax bill directly to them and now say we owe them $7k more than the simple math calculated after paying the tax bill. if i did not call them 3x a week to keep on top of them, we would have been foreclosed upon. our mental health cannot take one more surprise. their servicing is criminally negligent and the employees have no expertise or ability to think whatsoever. we are certain we have a case and are in the process of filing with the BBB and our state AG. please get these 75 signatures quickly!! saxon needs to be put down.

Completed the 3 month trial period for the HAMP (paying $1841 a month), and received a letter in the mail stating that other information is needed in order to complete our modification, so they're extending us a one time (2)month trial payment extension and now want us to make 2 additional $1841 payments. We pawned, sold and borrowed everything we could to make that last payment and have been scraping pennies for gas to get back and forth to work. We have a family of 6 with 3 school aged children and a toddler. All we want is an affordable mortgage. We're capable of paying. Just not through the nose! Not to mention we mailed, faxed and hand delivered our modification paperwork 3, 4, 5 times before anything was ever done. HELLLLLPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been a Saxon customer for 3.5 years and they are a complete disaster. They have made many mistakes, destroyed my credit report and won't fix any of their issues. I spent countless hours on the phone, providing documentation, faxing etc. to almost to avail. Something needs to be done.

Saxon has lost highly valuable and highly sensitive personally identifiable information about me, their client, 3 times now. My story is identical to the people who have logged complaints all over the web site. This company has to be held accountable.

I have been attempting load modification with Saxon for a year now. Sent documents 3 times. Finally got a packet, sent money and docs back. They say they received them late and denied me. It is a very little house 700 sq. ft. Moved to my mothers for a month to remodel the the little ceiling and walls. Saxon came in and winterized without my knowledge and stole all of the tools being used. We were locked out this morning, eventhough I have been approved for a remodification. How can the be legal! I still own the home and they were notified in writing that the house has not been abandoned.

A quick statement about Saxon...I am amazed and outraged at this company. Do they not get that they are messing with peoples lives. They are costing people their homes. To most of us, our homes are our lives. Someone needs to stop these vultures. I am totally in aggreeance for a CLASS ACTION law suit. Anything we can do has got to be better then nothing at all!!!!!

Working since 2008 on a loan modification, faxed and submitted documents 4 X! Being told that we do not qualify after sticking to their imposed 6 months payment plan, paying $ 6500/month which is more than the acctual mortgage! Unprofessional, rip off, ignorant!

Trying the modification route. Got through the three month trial period except: Saxon didn't pay insurance out of escrow (now they will provide at significantly higher rates) Saxon didn't pay taxes from escrow (name got published in the local paper). When I sent a certified letter, I got 4 back saying, 1) They will place insurance 2) I can get a modification (am current, but no response on my modification) 3) Foreclosure is accelarated 4) They recieved a request from me and they will respond soon (have no idea what request they are talking about) None of the 4 letters have a signature.

I at one time had Taylor Bean & Whitaker as my Mortgage lender..they have filed bankrupt. I now have Saxon as my new mortgage lender and have had issues with them stating that I am behind and owe $4700.00. I have all my reciepts and was sent a Notice of Trustee sale to foreclose on my house on 10-7-2009. I can not get hold of someone to talk to, and do not want to be left out on the streets. I know my payments were not properly processed when TB&W were in business, and I have the proof that I sent my payments. Do I need to find a place to live/rent? I really dont know what to do? I am employed and so is my wife....but I refuse to send the money they are requesting....I have not recieved any statement.....whats going on. I have contacted my Texas State Attorney Generals Office and the BBB of Fort Worth Texas. What do we do next?

Our nightmare with Saxon Mortgage began when my husband lost his job. We were in our mortgage for a year and had never been late on a payment. All of a sudden we find ourselves with a significant lose of income and we begin the process or communicating with Saxon in order to make modification arrangements. It's been nearly two years since that time and things still aren't resolved. We find ourselves in the exact same situations as many other customers of Saxon. Our storey is identical to many listed on this sight, and other sights that list complaints about Saxon. We have faxed documentation and modification paperwork numerous times. We have tried to contact someone with Saxon who would be able to help us more times than I can count. We have even sent the so called "required" paperwork via certified mail, only to hear, "We never received your paperwork". We have gotten nothing but the run around from this company. No we face foreclosure, and feel like we have no other options. We have moved out of the house. We found a cheap rental home to live in. We had to ensure that our family would have a place to live in the event that Saxon decided to kick us out of our home. Once upon a time we had in our hearts and minds that "American Dream" of home ownership. So, we purchased the cutest little house, and were so excited to raise our kids in the house, the neighborhood and the town. Now we are still in limbo, not knowing when this whole thing will be resolved. Saxon Mortgage Company has engaged in nothing less than predatory behavior. They have lied and denied more times than I can tell you. I'm sick to death of this situation and I see now end in sight. I have no clue how to make things right, or how to get out of this mess. Please feel free to include us in your class action suit. Please feel free to pass along any information that could help me and my family get out of this hellish situation.

They are screwing me over with fees, no one ever knows what is going on....I get "if you don't pay this amount of money by this date we will start forecloser on your house" letters when my house is current! How is this possible. I was sold to Saxon right after the purchase of my home....I did not ask for all of this hassel!

I was offered a shady loan modification back in May 2008 still currently waiting for Obamas plan. They offered one with only impounding 1/3 of the yearly taxes and insurance. The plan says your taxes and insurance included in new payment not a portion of them. I called Saxon and wrote a letter to the Office of the President. No answer

Worse Lender. They increased the rate and did not accept my payments to make it worse. They foreclosed my home in spite of begging them and faxing all the documents for a modification. They kicked me out without giving me any chance to keep my house and got about 4 payments just to cover fees. Around $15000.00

Saxon never has a point of contact person. Whenever I ask to speak to a certain rep, they tell me that the person has either moved to another office or location. They are known to misplace documents I had faxed. I wish, they would go out of better and have by mortgage moved to another reliable company. I am still fighting with them to save my home from Sheriff Sale.
# 18:

Still fighting with Saxon more than a year later. They even sent me documents associated with other borrowers accounts. Big Big no no. I filed a complaint with the FBI.. then wow... I qualified for the HAMP program. BUT... my home is still scheduled to sell. They neglected to contact the sheriff's office and stop the sale - as required by the HAMP guidelines. If my home sells even tho I am in the program.. I'll be suing on my own.

Saxon attempted to take my home last year. I filed chapter 13 to keep it. I came into some money and was able to stop them, and paid them the amount they said I owed. There was a disclaimer that the check was full and final payment for that date and previous months and they accepted it. By phone later, they said everything was current. Subsequently, they have taken more from my auto payment that they were authorized (stupid me), harrassed me, claimed I owe an outrageous admin fee (which they can not or will not explain the need for) and continuede to add on unjustified late fees. I have not been late since the certified check, and even made two payments in that month. Today when I attempted to make next month's payment (they say I did not make this months, but I have proof of all my payments) they will not let me unless I pay an additional $300.00. The statement I got from them does not reflect this amount anywhere. How can they continue to get away with this?

The main complaint that i have, other than my own ignorance, is this company lied to me about the cost of refinance and closing cost. I was told $2500.00 over the phone and it ended up being $5000.00. This company took many a greenback from this ole boy, but never again!

Saxon Mortgage has been a real pain for me to, went throught a lot just to get a refinance and they told me the fees for it would be added to the end of my loan, low and behold 2 months later my account says i owe $1900 along with my next payment, ya right, like i had that kind of money, if so i wouldn't have had to refinance in the first place, i hope they go under, they have screwed so many people!

I am not a Saxon Mortgage holder. I work for a 3rd party collection agency for Saxon. I honestly deal with several phone calls a day that deal with Saxon "missing" documents from short sales and/or loan modifications. Many times I hear how documents have been sent via mail or fax and do not get uploaded to "the system".
# 8:

Saxon charged us over $12000 in fees for a mortgage that started out to be only a month late. They found a way to lose our information several times to make sure they got money. They will not tell us that all the fees are for and refused to let us break the one payment that i was late into the next 2 months. I made a repayment plan with them and they said when it was done I would be caught up. I finished the plan and I still owe them over $3500 more. They will not give an explanation.

For a year and half these people have destroyed my credit. Tryed to foreclose on us.And they can't preduce the right note. Because no one nows what there doing. So yes! I'm tired of the stress of not knowing from one day to the next whats going on. They need to Pay!!!
