My big concern are the always returning power station plans in the area of the last wild river of the northern alps. Currently the Lech is treated by power station plans of the Austrian Federal Railroad Austria Federal Railways . These power stations would press to the Lech very much and affect his deposit. The river would lose his wild river character. The nature reserve in the Lechtal would be affected under it as massively. By a power station, flora and fauna would suffer very much. Numerous animal species are threatened! Please, we have to protect the Lech of the spring in Vorarlberg up to the German border.
It is the last wild river of the northern alps! The Lech arises in Vorarlberg and then tiles to Reutte, to German area.
A power station means the end for our last wild river of the northern alps! This intervention also changes the whole water outlet of the Lech.
Mr. Janez Potocnik is the European Kommisar for environment and therefore the uppermost conservationist of Europe. A Yes to the wild river Lech would mean final from all power station plans on Austrian side. Please, help me to stop the power station plans on this wonderful Lechgebiet. Thank you!

Meine Besorgnis sind die immer wiederkehrende Kraftwerksplaene im Bereich des letzten Wildflusses der Nordalpen. Derzeit wird der Lech von Kraftwerksplaenen der oesterreichischen Bundesbahn bedroht. Diese Kraftwerke werden dem Lech sehr zusetzen und sein Geschiebe beeintraechtigen. Der Fluss wuerde seinen Wildflusscharakter verlieren.
Der Naturpark im Lechtal wuerde darunter genauso massiv beeintraechtigt.
Durch ein Kraftwerk wuerden Flora und Fauna sehr leiden. Zahlreiche Tierarten werden bedroht und verlieren ihren natuerlichen Lebensraum !
Dieser Eingriff veraendert auch das gesamte Wasserabflussystem am Lech
Bitte schuetzen wir den Lech von der Quelle in Vorarlberg bis zur deutschen Grenze .
Es ist der letzte Wildfluss der Nordalpen ! Der Lech entspringt in Vorarlberg und fliest dann nach Reutte, in deutsches Gebiet.
Die Petition wird an Herrn Potocnik, den obersten Naturschuetzer Europas, nach Bruessel weitergeleitet
