Government should be limited to regulation in terms of generating revenue for the American Consumer to create more biodegradable material, to reduce emissions, put cash into the hands of the consumers, and to promote a clean water cycle. I believe that sponsoring a bottle bill in your state and beyond will collectively promote this agenda for now and the future.
