There are no rules for animal breeding - pet shops & fish aquarium in India, exotic animals & birds also needs legal protection under the law

Pet shops are running in the residential area with out paying sales tax to the Govt & registering their animals with the competent authorities in the country, PET FOR PROFIT is wrong. People misrepresent themselves for their personnel gains is also a wrong act...shame on them.
We demand the legislation on the said points with out any further delay & the offense under new rules should be cognizable in legal terms along with the major punishments.
