Joseph M. "Joe" Arpaio (born June 14, 1932) is an American law enforcement officer, and the sheriff of Maricopa County, Arizona. Arpaio, who promotes himself as "America's Toughest Sheriff,"[1][2] has become controversial for his approach to operating the Maricopa County Sheriff's Office. He has a large number of vocal supporters as well as opponents. Arpaio continues to earn the support of Maricopa County voters who reelected him sheriff by double-digit margins in 1996, 2000, 2004 and 2008. In 2007 a petition to recall Arpaio from office failed to gain enough voter signatures to get on the ballot.
Many are complaining and wanting Sheriff Joe to be out of office, yet he is continually voted back in because he does not have any problem standing by the law and upholding it. Please stand with me and support Sheriff Joe Arpaio! Thank him for all the good work he and his staff do for American's!

This is one sheriff that should be setting examples to all the US sheriffs. He is actually doing his job. He does not coddle his prisoners and my bet he does not have many returns. Support this man, you are lucky to have him.
Thank you Sheriff Arpaio, for standing up for a sane answer to these lunitics trying to continuously tear down our country. You show what one individual who is willing to stand up for what is right, can accomplish. Good job, keep it up!

WE NEED MANY MORE LAW INFORCEMENT PEOPLE LIKE JOE ARPAIO IN THIS COUNTRY, I WOULD FEEL A LOT SAFER IN THE USA.
I support Sheriff Joe Arpaio in his actions to remove all of the illegal aliens that are stealing our jobs here in America. I support his animal rights that he believes in, as well as I. I live in AZ. And i think he is doing all of the right and just things to protect what is ours and yours and has been and we should all stand beside him on his fight for us.
We are supposed to be a nation that follows the rule of law. Joe is elected to ensure we follow our laws and I believe he is doing what he should be doing. There are plenty of folks watching his every move. If he violates the law, then he should be held accountable, but I believe he is "enforcing" the laws of the land.
