In light of the failed Dodd-Frank Bill, we have a very serious problem.  These problems were echoed by Thomas Jefferson, Andrew Jackson, and more.  The banks wield entirely too much power and should not be allowed to grow bigger than the United States.  I'm a capitalist too, but there needs to be rules such as the Sherman Antitrust Act among others.  Rules that were put in place so that the corporations and trusts couldn't take advantage of their power.  The banks have purchased the government and we need to tell them that it isn't OK, that these banks need to be broken up.  Some people might say that that is anti-capitalism, but why don't we start with something simple like reinstating Glass-Steagal or only allowing Commodities traders to control no more than 15% of the commodities market like it was originally set up for.
