THIS WOMAN HAS BEGUN COLLECTING AND HOARDING AWAY ANIMALS AGAIN ON JANUARY 5TH, 2010

She is mentally ill and has physically struck multiple residents of the neighborhood block of 3000 Canton, her website 'www.lonestarminpinrescue.com' was shutdown and now uses MYSPACE to sell animals.

On Thursday November 12, 2009 at 12pm the City of Dallas, Animal Control and Code Compliance found 128 min pins and still counting.

All of these animals were kept in kennels 24 hours a day, signing this petition will prevent KAREN COLLINS from procuring another 'rescue' in the City of Dallas -


This 'rescue' is on the corner block of Canton St. and Walton St. in Deep Ellum, Dallas TX - This photo does not describe the stench, filth and noise that permeated out.

We the undersigned, understand that the conditions these animals were forced to live in were fowl, unhealthy and down right un-humane. This petition will be involved in a pending investigation that will prevent the owner of 'Lone Star Miniature Pincer Rescue' from owning any animal in the City of Dallas for the duration of her lifetime.
