slavery labor in prisons

dear president , there are suppose to be labor laws, it is mandatory that we gte paid minimum wages, but in prisons where people have no rights, are stripped of their lives, mst have no one to turn to for money body soap, wahing powders, etc the federal prisons, and all prisons every where  get paid less than six dollars a month for the same jobs maybe harder than we do, isnt there a law against working people like this ??? and if so why isnt it in effect for prisoners to earn their own money rather than depend on family or simply do without basic things, I believe they should get paid at least minimum wage beause the money will go back to the government anyway , higher prices for soap and all these things . please consider the families and the prisoners needs as well and thank you for whomever reads and signs this  petition sincerly victoria
